After managing a portfolio of more than 25 grants, I know what funders want. You need to know how to write a winning proposal. Options include grant writing support – review and feedback; grant budget development; grant work plan development; grant reporting – review and feedback.
An active and supportive board of directors can make or break an organization’s success and sustainability. Options include board retreat facilitation; trainings such as board meeting best practices; fostering belonging and accessibility; and board governance and engagement.
